Due to expansion, a new Aftersales Retention Executive position has arisen within Bowker Motor Group at the BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.
The objective of the position is to handle inbound calls, online enquiries and 1Link bookings, driving work into our Aftersales department to increase profitability, and the retention and loyalty of our existing customers.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has a passion for customer service, with an outstanding telephone manner and can demonstrate the following qualities and knowledge:
Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential, and a sales background would be a distinct advantage.
Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.
