This fantastic company is looking to bolster its growing business by recruiting an Aftermarket Sales Manager to support the sales teams in EMEA and ASIA.

Amongst other functions the inside sales position will selling Aftermarket Services, spares and repairs of in in-field instrumentation used in the Oil and Gas sector. The role is internally based dealing with international customers across ASIA and EMEA

The Aftermarket Sales Manager will be managing a exciting portfolio of customers across EMEA and ASIA. The Sales Manager role has scope to become larger and greater dependant on the calibre of individual. Some international travel may be required.

This technical role will be best suited towards an individual with exceptional organisational skills, who can prioritise incoming work with proven methods.

The candidate should have a natural flare for sales and be interested in speaking to customers from a huge array of countries and cultures.

The role is at the hub of the sales department and links together the pre sales process and the post-sale project teams. With new offices opening globally and with new products being launched this year, it's an exciting time to join a growing business and to be a part of the success.


The Aftermarket Sales Manager will have:

  • Engineering degree (desirable but not required, business degree is also very useful)
  • Proven track record in a previous Technical Sales or Sales Support within an Engineering company
  • Sales training (desirable)
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Documentation Specialist - Knowledge of reading, analysing complex tender document
  • Commercial Orientated outlook
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Organisational skills more desirable than engineering qualifications
  • Can improve processes and suggest change
  • Team player

Job Offer

  • £40K to £50k base
