Why this role matters

This role is critical in helping to drive profitable Mobile sales through our Affiliate Partners for BT consumer division. You will also be responsible for our Live Chat acquisition channel across both Broadband and Mobile.

What you'll be doing

*

Day to day management with both Affiliate and Live chat agencies

*

Weekly and adhoc trading reporting including budgeting, forecasting and spend to the immediate and wider team

*

Managing commercials with individual partners to ensure that the overall quarterly RGU CPA fits with business requirements

*

Scoping, developing business cases and implementing More for More (M4M) activities

*

Liaison with planning and commercial teams to develop quarterly plans

* Developing and implementing affiliate strategy aligning with group brand principles

We'll also need to see these on your CV

Measurable success in driving online sales and hitting sales targets on a highly trafficked consumer-facing website – agency or clientside

*

Commercial experience working within an affiliate team either agency or client side, with demonstrable success in innovation and developing new affiliate relationships into consistent sales contributers

* Experience in innovating, briefing, developing and managing online marketing campaigns to achieve target
