The Advertising sales executive position is working with a leading membership body selling advertising opportunity to clients across there media portfolio, this includes several print options as well as digital.

Client Details

My client is a leading membership body with over 8000 members being a mix of institutions and corporates. They help their members by leading change in their industry and well as representing the sector in front of government. They generate most of their revenue through membership but focus heavily on media sales to assist with their content side.

Description

The successful Advertising Sales Executive will be required to

  • Work toward set target in order to achieve company objectives
  • Sales and production of display advertising across the media portfolio
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients to increase levels of spend by existing customers
  • Use Microsoft dynamic CRM to track sales activity
  • Promote and sell Corporate Membership where possible
  • Develop relationships for sponsors and stands at events
  • Input order information into CRM and deal with invoice and other account queries
  • Carry out any other administrative duties that fall within scope of post

Profile

The successful Advertising Sales Executive will have the following skills

  • Background or experience within display/advertising sales
  • Understanding of either print or digital advertising
  • Track record of success
  • Great communications skills with a good phone manner
  • Customer focused approach
