Acount Manager - Field Sales Executive (Global Market Leader)
£25k Basic, £60k OTE + fully expensed company car & Pension
Our client is one of the largest capital equipment manufacturers in the world. They are the fastest growing supplier in the UK and Europe within their marketplace. They sell to almost 1,000,000 customers in the corporate, public and professional sectors, have a direct presence in 20 countries and their products and services are sold in up to 100. They have more than 5,000 employees with annual sales of close to £1bn last year.

This role will allow you to gain development and training on a 1:1 basis with the Sales Manager by accompanying them on field visits allowing you to move from just transactional sales into I.T solution sales and larger deal size sales to compliment your transactional sales experience.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years targeted business to business sales experience. You will possess flair, drive and gravitas as well as being naturally ambitious. You will be able to recognise the importance of Key Performance Indicators. This role is a split between growing existing accounts and developing new business on the defined geographical territory. The routes to market are into the SME market. Your background could be from Capital equipment, Photocopier sales, advertising sales or general Business supplies.
In return, the package includes a basic salary of up to £28,000 basic and an open-ended commission structure (with the top people earning in excess of £90k), a fully expensed company car, up to 27 days holiday and many other corporate benefits. In conjunction with this package all sales people are highly respected in this organisation and treated accordingly.
This role is Field based role with one day spent in the office per week, making appointment via telephone, team building or training.
