Account Manager - Wound Care and Compression Hosiery
THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, continually growing organisation who provide competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of wound care, bandaging and compression hosiery products for use within primary and secondary care environments and they are currently seeking to recruit a charismatic, credible relationship builder to provide a strategic and commercial overview of relationships across Kent and SE London.
THE ROLE: As an Account Manager, the successful candidate will be helping to look after key relationships across Primary Care, Leg Ulcer Clinics & CCG's, ensuring products are listed on formulary. This is a mixture of developing competitor accounts as well as ensuring the uptake and pull through of product in currently established accounts. This will require conversation with a mixture of clinical and commercial contacts including Tissue Viability Nurses, Practice Nurses and Vascular Nurses through to Procurement contacts.
Candidates will ideally possess a track record of sales success into the NHS. A structured and strategic mindset will be required to help support the Regional Sales Manager in directing the field sales team and the pull through of product at a local level.
Full product training will be given and career and earning potential are very attractive, especially as the company continues to grow.
