This exciting account management opportunity is based around rapport building, converting enquiries and liaising with clients. 100% Inbound calls, this internal sales role requires an individual who has an excellent phone manner, great negotiation skills and an enthusiasm for the travel industry. This customer focused role would suit a graduate sales account manager looking to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6-12 months experience in an internal sales role with a commercial background. It's also preferred if the individual has experience in converting enquiries and negotiating.
