The Role: This exciting role will allow the successful candidate to represent a superb local radio station in the North East area - managing both online, on air and sponsorship led sales activity. Dealing with national retail chains, law firms, automotive dealers, education, public sector and even sports clubs, this role will give you complete autonomy to attack the open market with a first-class product. Developing new business to begin with and retaining all accounts won; you will be tasked with bringing together a key account portfolio that can act as a strong residual client network moving forward.
The Person: The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in service based sales. You must be creative in your sales approach, new business focused and a strong closer. It is essential that you are self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
