Account Manager / New Business (B2B)

They are looking for experienced and skilled b2b sales professionals to work in one of their most important teams. Their Bureau team delivers contracts with new clients. The team employs some of their most experienced colleagues; it is vital that people within the team are able to work with clients looking to experience their service for the first time. The briefs that they work to are varied and you will be required to adapt to a range of different client businesses. As these are new accounts, you will play a major role in 'proving the concept', hopefully giving clients confidence to award them major contracts. Many of their existing major accounts including VW Group, Peugeot, Honda and Kia started this way.

The team books sales appointments, builds a database and develops accounts on behalf of their clients including leasing companies, manufacturers and vehicle dealerships. This is a challenging role but will give you unparalleled experience of working across a range of businesses and products - ideal for developing your sales experience.

Account Manager / New Business (B2B) Requirements:

They are looking for people able to demonstrate:

• Demonstrable experience of b2b sales.
• Good knowledge of the b2b sales process.
• A strong understanding of CRM systems and overall excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of automotive, particularly fleet and business would be interesting to them.
• Excellent client relationship management experience. A background in account management with new business sales would be particularly relevant.

The process will include:

• An interview via Teams.
• Assessment testing.
• A final interview.
