Requirements To be considered for the Account Manager role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Ability and desire to work towards targets and goals
  • Mathematics in your education / academics; A-Level or degree level Maths. OR an 'A' Grade at GCSE Maths.
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to customers.
  • Analytical and organised.
  • A new business mindset - approach existing customers with a fresh pair of eyes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with internal colleagues from other departments.


The Package for Account Manager:

  • Basic: £30-35k
  • Bonus / OTE: £40-50k
