What you will do
As a result of recent growth, there is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager within our Integrated Solutions team. This new role will manage and develop relationships with a number of large important customers within the integrated security market. The role will focus on growth of existing customer relationships with targeted expansion plans through new customers and projects within a specific vertical.

How you will do it
As Account Manager you will be empowered to make decisions and effectively manage key accounts whilst dealing with an element of ambiguity. You will excel within a commercial environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, leaning on your excellent planning, organisation and Sales skills. A key part of the role is to map the customer network, understand the full organisation and define a tailored account plan. You will lead and develop relationships. Own a proactive plan to ensure our customers understand the true value of our integrated solutions provided.
The successful candidate will excel in transitioning the discussion away from compliance towards technology and digital solutions and how this solves mission critical end user challenges – delivering true value through the customer lifecycle.

What we look for
• Ability to energise and align others to deliver, in an engaging way
• Is able to articulate the value in complex and often bespoke solutions
• Large account management experience ideally from within a building services/solution environment
• Strong Sales background with a proven track record of delivering within a commercial environment
• Ability to manage, influence and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
