THE COMPANY: An international, market-leading organisation in the hearing sector who continue to grow from strength to strength due to innovation and a real focus on product quality, customer requirements and after sales support. This division provide hearing aids, software and audiology training services to independently-owned practice environments and continued success and expansion means that they are currently seeking to recruit an organised, structured, motivated and technically competent sales professional to manage and grow their business within independent audiology dispensing practices and retailers the Midlands.

THE ROLE: As Account Manager the successful candidate will be managing and growing relationships within independent audiology dispensers and private hearing aid audiologists - typical contact level being owners, managers and audiologists. There will be a healthy mix of new and existing business and you will also be involved in clinical training and demonstrations with both clinicians and end users. Candidates must have a related healthcare sales background and must also have sold into independent practices or owner-managed businesses within the healthcare arena (e.g. optical, audiology, dental, veterinary, aesthetics, physiotherapy etc). Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is attractive for high achievers.

The Package for Account Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000
  • Bonus: ££8,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
