What you will do

To develop existing accounts within your FM customer base and drive to bring new national customers Grow and Protect existing customer service revenue

How you will do it

You will sell our product portfolio and use technology innovation to enhance relationships and grow revenue on a national basis, achieving the sales targets and profit margin objectives set by the company

You will deliver outstanding customer service to your nominated accounts through structured account review processes and a real customer centric approach
Understand customers own KPI’s and how the business can facilitate these

Working closely with the design/bid teams to deliver detailed bids/quotations that meet the requirements of the customer

You will be able to confidently demonstrate your ability to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach

You will understand & have experience of framework agreements and standard contract terms

An excellent communicator, effective & efficient at a level that is understood by all and encourages others to do so, shows confidence when dealing with negative situations

Show clear drive and determination to succeed

3 years’ experience within an Account Manager position

Computer literate with all Microsoft products
