Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, CaseLines to join our rapidly growing team. CaseLines is a cloud-based solution that helps Courts, related agencies and litigants streamline the evidence-sharing process in a digital environment.

The Sales Account Manager EMEA is a multi-hat role working directly to the Business Development Director to support the expansion and growth of CaseLines within the region. The objective of the postholder is to retain and drive sales in existing sites as well as work the sales process for new customer proposition. This new role will report to the Business Development Director EMEA/ROW and will own the account management of designated clients in order to strengthen and grow relationships to maintain our 100% customer retention as well as driving new business within the market.

We’re seeking an energetic, motivated, customer-focused individual who will be expected to become a CaseLines expert and evangelist, understand our clients' needs in depth and build strategic relationships with key contacts at all level. You will be expected to have a history of proven success in a sales and customer liaison environment as well as being highly effective at relationship building and networking.

About The Role:

As a Sales Account Manager, at Thomson Reuters, you will:

For nominated accounts operate as the first point of contact for day to day account queries, updates, drive additional sales to new areas of their business and complete annual renewals. As part of this you will ensure 6 monthly formal account check ins collaborating with the client to assess usage and processes and suggest appropriate and best practice procedures to facilitate full and effective use of the system.

*

Collaborate relentlessly with product development teams to offer continuous improvement suggestions based on real user client feedback.

*

Act as a conduit between the Client Services Team and the Business Development EMEA ROW Team to understand the support call trends for their accounts then proactively working with customers to resolve by either possible requests of the client services team for enhanced training materials or upsell of training sessions.

*

Conduct competitor research, market research, data and customer analysis for identified specific markets/prospect(s).

*

Prepare and deliver demonstrations.

*

As part of the wider team use the knowledge built of markets/prospects to support completion of formal tenders and bid submissions.

*

Work with the Business Development and Marketing Team to deliver both existing user events and account based marketing activities to drive new sales opportunities in the EMEA region.

About You:

To be our Sales Account Manager you will likely have/be:

Strong metric & KPI driven sales responsibility.

Exceptional relationship building and networking skills.

*

Experience of customer liaison skills, in particular the ability to coach and partner with clients to maximise system use.

*

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key account and court contacts at various levels. You should be equally comfortable engaging with clients at the leadership level or front-line users and administrators.

*

Discovery and presentation skills, the ability to effectively express software/solutions concepts and demonstrate a working detailed knowledge of the litigation and case management process.

*

Business and technical acumen - the ability to solve customer and internal company issues, while staying abreast of relevant technology applications and trends.

*

Passion about technology and the ability to convince clients about the benefits of digital transformation and new ways of working.

*

Desire to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team of creative and innovative people that are passionate about what they do.
