Account Manager / Client Relationships / Business Development
An Account Manager with at least 2 to 3 years experience is need by our client, one of UK's fastest growing independent beauty brands to be based in their West End offices.
They develop high-quality and innovative colour cosmetics and skincare solutions for women who want to look and feel their best. They have an incredible worldwide reputation and are now looking for a new member to join their success.
You will be the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams. Your work will include responsibilities for their leading brands.
Oversee and maintain long-term company relationships with important customers
Acquire understanding of customer needs and requirements
Propose solutions to meet objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Ensure timely invoicing of all shipments
Communicate account needs to other departments to ensure accurate invoicing
Assist with account requests for sample images and copy
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on events and promotions
Resolve any customer issues and deal with complaints
Validate all purchase orders
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction
2-3 years of proven experience in account management
Be degree qualified in business administration or other relevant field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Have proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
Full Time, Monday to Friday
