Amazon Payment Products (APP) serves tens of millions of customers worldwide through a global portfolio of products. APP aims to delight customers with best-in-class rewards, easy access to credit as well as the simplicity to sell or buy cross-border on Amazon in their local currency. The global portfolio of products APP negotiates, builds and manages includes Gift Cards, Co-brand Credit Cards, Private Label Credit Cards, the Amazon Money Store, Shop with Points, Installments, and Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers and buyers.
Are you interested in joining one of Amazon’s fastest growing new fintech businesses? The Amazon Money Store (AMS) provides Amazon’s customers with market leading offers on a wide selection of financial products; including credit cards, savings accounts and current accounts. We are looking for an account manager who can support us with our growth as we scale and launch new categories.
You will create and maintain relationships with a wide variety of financial institutions, from large banks to disruptive start-ups, helping them to grow their presence on the AMS and deepen their partnership with Amazon. You will analyse partner performance data and proactively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience and portfolio performance. Finally, you will have the opportunity to work on new business propositions alongside our product managers and designers, placing you at the heart of the latest trends in fintech.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Account manage a portfolio of financial institutions
· Analyse internal data and work with our partners to improve the performance of their products
· Support business development activities for new partners and verticals
· Proactively work with product, marketing and tech teams to maintain and improve the AMS customer experience
· Drive marketing and campaigning opportunities with our partners to improve the customer payment experience and drive positive business outcomes
· Support the development of new business propositions across Amazon’s broader fintech ecosystem

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Extensive experience in roles such as Account Management, Partner Management or related area in Europe.
· Experience securing partnerships with complex, sophisticated counter parties.
· Proven analytical skills and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to manage the business ‘by the numbers’. Must be metrics-driven and able to understand complex financial models.
· Passion for fintech and insights into the fintech ecosystem, the main stakeholders and trends. A desire to launch new, exciting propositions for Amazon in this space.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with partners and stakeholder teams; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in account management/partner management in the financial services industry in UK
· Experience in account management/partner management for price comparison websites in the UK
