They are looking for experienced Account Managers to join their expanding team and work closely with their Sales and Support functions to ensure customer needs are met, whilst managing expectations and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Joining the team as an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing an existing client base. On a daily basis this will involve:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Building & developing relationships with the client base via phone, email & online
- Focusing on retaining and expanding the growing customer base
- Working in a proactive, consultative manner to deliver valuable solutions
- Meeting or exceeding all assigned KPI's and objectives
- Document all activities within the internal CRM system

Requirements:
- Have Customer-facing experience gained in any industry (sales experience preferred but not essential), or a degree in any discipline and a desire to build a career in sales/business development/account management
- Have a solid understanding of sales/account management processes
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
- Good personal time management & organisational skills
- Have worked in a similar role and ideally have an understanding of trade business operations
- Assertive and committed to your career development
