We are a brand new EdTech startup backed by the British Council and Blenheim Chalcot, the UK's leading digital venture builder. Our core offering is a free mobile English test that will help millions of people to unlock the potential that the English language gives them. (By 2020, two billion people will be using or learning English. That’s one in four people around the world!)

We are a small and dynamic team excited to positively impact the lives of millions of people by disrupting the English language assessment industry.

Our team is mostly based in the UK, but we do not require you to be in the UK. However, to ensure we can continue collaborating well, we need you to be within two time zones of the UK.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated, driven account manager to look after our B2B services. The EnglishScore Dashboard has an existing user base of 600+ employers, primarily in India, and we need someone who can nurture those existing relationships, manage them through a sales process, and close the feedback loop back to the product teams.

We are also expanding the Dashboard this year to twenty countries and refining our proposition for specific segments: employers, universities (education), and English language learning providers.

Your core focus will be to increase usage of our Dashboard services. You will:

* Help expand usage of the EnglishScore dashboard to different segments and countries

* Help nurture users through sign up to purchase

* Build relationships with key users

* Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve the overall customer experience and drive Dashboard usage

On a typical day, you can expect to:

* Monitor and report on account usage patterns

* Run a webinar

* Set up an email nurture campaign

* Have a call with a key client

* Coordinate with marketing on a new campaign

* Triage and organise feature requests with the product team

WHO YOU ARE

You have at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, in stakeholder management, or in B2B account management. You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and are a proactive go-getter. You ideally will have written how-guides, hosted webinars, and are comfortable working with stakeholders at all organisational levels. Some sales experience is also a big plus.

We also value experience with web or mobile apps, and experience working globally across cultures.
