- Ownership of a sales target for a large number of current customers

- Maintain and report on current pipeline

- Work alongside other sales team members

- Understand their requirements and qualify opportunities in these accounts

- Manage the on boarding of new customers

- Manage the CRM system

- Make sure customer receive the highest customer service

Profile

Account Manager

- Experience within a sales environment, ideally an IT or Tech business

- Able to prioritise high volumes of customers requests

- Self-motivated

- Able to solve customer problems

- Used to building relationships with customers
