The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients across Northamptonshire.

The key responsibilities for the Account Manager will be to manage, develop and leverage existing relationships whilst identifying new opportunities across the defined region.
Further responsibilities include:-
Identifying opportunities within existing accounts both current and future prospects through proactive account management.
Developing a trusted advisor status with all clients.
Act as a lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.
Focusing on key metrics around customer retention, customer attraction and sales turnover.
Aligning work processes to business line strategy.
The Successful Account Manager:-
Will have a strong account management background.
Is a self-starter, enthusiastic, self- motivated, driven individual.
Will have excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service levels.
Will be able travel across Northampton.
Will have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
Will adopt a customer centric approach.
£25,000 Starting salary + OTE
