Job Title: Field Software Sales Executive

Salary: £35-£50k dependent on experience

We believe that staffing companies massively underutilise their own data, often due to an over-reliance on spreadsheets and slow, labour-intensive manual reporting which is almost instantly out of date. We are experiencing significant growth and to support our ongoing expansion we are investing heavily across the business and particularly in our sales operation.
Our Sales Executives introduce cube19 to owners/C-Level connections at UK-based recruitment companies. The recruitment industry is an extremely well-defined niche with highly visible companies which makes prospecting and planning easier to target. We spend a good deal of time understanding our prospects so that we can present a solution that is highly relevant to their needs resulting in an above average close rate.
The role will involve you generating your own leads as well as sharing in marketing qualified leads, engaging in consultative selling with our prospects by listening to and understanding their needs and presenting effective and workable solutions to help transform their businesses.
It is imperative that you are able to identify and engage with the right people and when you have done so to inspire and energise them at the prospect of using cube19 solutions.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity by devising and executing sales strategies that will enable cube19 to achieve its revenue targets, as well as your own.
Your proven listening and communication skills will allow you to fully understand customer needs and identify the opportunities that allow us to quickly demonstrate the ROI recruiters are able to realise from investing in cube19.
