The Account Manager Role:
Working as an Account Manager, you will be the only person within the business responsible for managing existing accounts, renewing contracts and upselling within those accounts. As well as the primary renewal responsibilities, the Account Manager will be responsible for mapping out the accounts to discover potential for increasing revenue, being daily point of contact/key problem solver and for relaying ideas and feedback to the product team to drive further development in the right direction. This Account Manager role will be a mix of being in the office, engaging with key internal stakeholders and dealing with strategy, as well as being out meeting with clients and building those long-lasting relationships.
