Our client is a leading global mobile messaging company, specializing in bulk SMS, mobile marketing, premium rate SMS, short codes and mobile billing.

How you can expect to spend your day:

* Management of all inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, Skype and Email

* Ownership of the day to day relationship with multiple customers worldwide

* Respond to all customer queries and requests efficiently and professionally

* Communicating with key stakeholders (operators, aggregators, affiliates and partners) worldwide on a daily basis

* Effectively prioritising tasks and managing customer expectations

* Achieving strong and long-lasting customer relationships by ensuring regular and effective contact

* Providing prospects and existing customers with competent training of our online platforms and API's

* Daily monitoring of customer campaigns, identifying compliance failures and ensuring a high rate of delivery

* Daily management of the CRM and bookkeeping platforms

* Performing regular account reviews including pricing, margins and campaign delivery

* Providing knowledgeable insight to multiple country compliancy regulations

* Identifying opportunities to up sell

* Attending and exhibiting at trade shows

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

* 1-2 years account management experience

* Self-motivated and enjoys problem solving

* An interest in becoming an expert in SMS and mobile industry

* Works well under pressure in a technical environment

* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

* Confident and friendly telephone manner

* Comfortable with complex numeracy tasks

* Knowledgeable in Excel and other Microsoft and Google applications

* Available to work nights and weekends on occasion, if required.

* CRM and SaaS experience is preferable

* Additional languages would be advantageous, especially Hebrew
