If so, Amazon Treasure Truck is seeking a talented Account Manager to execute our offer pipeline, expand business development opportunities, and help vendors leverage our product offering to achieve their goals. This is a rare opportunity to learn about different retail categories and scale a growth-stage business focused on creating new and exciting ways to engage brands and customers.

Treasure Truck is a unique program that offers brands the ability to surprise and delight customers. Whether it’s a highly curated one-day-only deal or an exciting brand event, our unique voice and style comes through each time. As an Account Manager, you will help drive the Treasure Truck program by ensuring that the team’s planned Offers and Events run smoothly. You will partner with Vendors, VMs and Brand Specialists, Marketing, Finance, BI, and our US team to optimise deal execution processes as well as improve vendor and customer experience.

You thrive in an ambiguous and continuously evolving environment and are able to identify process gaps and partner with others to drive change and improvement. You are able to deliver results by taking initiative, making data-supported decisions, and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
· Deliver best in class CX by owning the end-to-end Offers execution process
· Invent and simplify sourcing and execution mechanisms
· Inform and drive strategy improvements through monitoring, analysis, and reporting of the offer pipeline and performance
· Earns trust by working with multiple stakeholders across UK and US teams
· Potential to expand scope to support the BD team offer deal flow and event execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· Expertise in building Excel-based tools and Word
· Strong organisational and process improvement skills, unwavering attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, and an outstanding sense of ownership
· Strong initiative to Learn and Be Curious
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Background in retail, e-commerce, or process improvement
· Experience with Amazon retail tools, reporting, and operations and project management
· The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task
· The ability and desire to learn new tools and processes quickly
· Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
· Experience with Salesforce, SQL and/or BI systems or ability to improve and automate reporting
