Vouchercloud and Giftcloud have recently joined the Groupon family and we are looking for an Account Executive to account lead and grow affiliate partnerships within the Polish market for the International Groupon and Vouchercloud Coupons Team.
Assisting Account Managers with the growth of our top merchant accounts, you will focus on delivering effective campaigns working within our International Coupons team. The main purpose of this role is to manage mid and long tail merchants in the retail space while ensuring top quality content is promoted at all times.

You’ll spend time on the following:
Maintaining direct relationships with the assigned merchants in Poland while identifying/recruiting new affiliates to partner with Regularly communicating with designated merchants via phone, Skype, or email to nurture a healthy relationship, maintain performance, and build opportunities for growth Establishing strong connections within the online marketing and affiliate industry Handling day-to-day merchant requests such as new content, advertising campaigns, and optimizing current offers Working closely with content teams to ensure the highest quality of content is delivered to customers Sending newsletters, crafting and managing content for all team members in assigned market Running coupons homepage content as per assigned market Evaluating opportunities and setting the commission structure to achieve efficient ROI Using Google analytics, network data, and market insight to deliver post campaign reports Reporting on account performance, fluctuations, and competitor activity for brands within the portfolio
We’re excited about you if you have:
You're fluent in English with excellent written and spoken Polish skills You have a 2:1 or higher Bachelor's degree with previous experience in sales or business development for online or retail brands You have at least 1 year of experience in the affiliate marketing industry handling accounts, coordinating digital campaigns, and negotiating online media You understand the power of online media and can craft thoughtful campaigns for clients You think like a consultant when it comes to client relationships and negotiations We'd love if you bring SEO and PPC knowledge to the team Have an understanding of digital domains and their business/revenue models Be familiar with affiliate platform tracking Proven experience in leading and growing an affiliate program Be commercially and analytically minded, with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills Understanding and reporting KPI’s Ability to handle multiple projects and experience with affiliate management software and affiliate networks. Some travel to industry events required
