In early 2014, they sold a share of the business to Omnicom, giving them the strength and backing of a major advertising and media network. But we stayed true to their roots with a culture and atmosphere of a start-up, with all the energy and opportunity for talent that brings.

Although their roots lie in mobile, they produce digital adverts and creative strategies for all digital platforms, including digital Out-Of-Home screens.

In true start-up style, they regularly throw people in at the deep end, but with the right amount of backup and mentorship to help people succeed.

They are a talented bunch of technical specialists, designers, creative technologists, relationship managers, and strategists, crucially all under one roof!

Above all, they have produced some amazingly cool work for their clients who include tier one brands like: Canon, Oakley, Waitrose, Peugeot, Sainsbury’s, Grey Goose, Not-On-The-High-Street, Renault, John Lewis, Virgin Media, and many more besides.

This is a permanent graduate role with a starting salary between £20K-£25K, based in central London.

What does the company do?

Our client is a digital-first creative agency. They produce digital adverts and creative strategies for all digital platforms, including digital Out-Of-Home screens. As the technology landscape has become increasingly sophisticated, they have specifically developed expertise in the design and production of Dynamic adverts served under Programmatic Advertising. Using Data resources, this specialism involves producing multivariate creative testing.

In true start-up style, our client regularly throws people in at the deep end, but with the right amount of backup and mentorship to help people succeed.

How you expect the candidate to spend their day:

Our client is looking for someone who can help support the entire end-to-end process, working closely alongside the account management and specialist teams, from conception, strategy and design, throughout development, delivery and subsequent post-delivery. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work on a multitude of projects, in a fast paced and growing environment.

The role requires significant liaison both internally and externally (with clients, agency partners and technology platforms), so communication is key! Their ideal candidate has initiative, is highly organised, a quick learner and is excited to work with top brands.

The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

Essential

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly organised & clear communication skills

• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to accurately set, manage and meet deadlines

• Fast and keen learner

• Digital knowledge and experience

Advantageous

• Experience of advertising and media agency industry (particularly ad operations/trafficking)

• Knowledge of HTML5 and its capabilities

• Knowledge of the creative production process

• Working knowledge of Photoshop

• Interest in the Digital media landscape

• Experience in a client facing role

• Confident in managing Digital Designers and Software developers on multiple projects
