Admincontrol, part of the Visma group, are looking to bring on board an Account Executive - Data Rooms to penetrate the UK market with their innovative software solutions. This is an opportunity to be part of growing a new territory for a multi-award winning business.

Admincontrol offers software solutions (SaaS) for secure collaboration and easy sharing of documents in business processes such as board and management work, due diligence, capital injections and stock exchange listings. Users save time, gain better control and are better prepared, which in turn results in better decision-making. Admincontrol serve major private and public organisations that value the confidentiality of corporate documents, and currently have more than 3000 customers across Europe and the UK. Admincontrol is a high growth business, recognised as one of the leading software businesses in Norway. They've consistently delivered significant increases to revenue and profitability over the past 8 years, and they're not slowing down with a projected 30% growth for 2019. Admincontrol is part of the Visma Group, one of Europe's largest software companies with 8500 employees and private equity owners based in the UK. They have been successfully operating in the UK market for 4 years and is now ready to ramp-up. A such, they're now looking to recruit several sales people in the London and Scotland markets.

Their solutions, Board Portal and Virtual Data Rooms, assist corporate governance in two distinct ways:

Firstly, their Data Rooms provide a secure environment to control the flow of information throughout M&A activity. It enables advisors to ensure timely delivery throughout due diligence processes, without losing sight of the process. Buyers and sellers have the security of recorded conversations should they need to be referred back to after conclusion of the deal.

Secondly, the Board Portals provide an easy to use, paperless platform for board and management to share documents and collaborate in a digital environment. Responding to business demands, this is available across devices and extremely easy to use with a view to streamline process and reduce cost.

Both solutions are uniquely positioned, being GDPR compliant and ISO 27001:2013 certified solutions with data centres located within the EU.

Description

As an Account Executive - Data Rooms, you will be responsible for selling the Virtual Data Room solution in the UK market.

Taking ownership of the full cycle, you'll work with marketing to target prospects from both your own network and research/referrals.

Data Rooms are a different style of sale; you'll need to have a strong network, existing or built, who are educated on the benefits of using Admincontrol's solution and then rapidly capitalise on opportunities they present. Virtual Data Room target markets are M&A houses, private equity, consultancies, lawyers, accountancy firms and large corporates. Client training and support is performed by designated individuals, however, ongoing support may be required for closed accounts on either solution. You should be prepared to continue the relationship post signature to provide specialist advice/troubleshooting.

Profile

To be successful in your application for the Account Executive - Data Rooms you should be able to exhibit the following:

  • Previous track record in delivering new business in a consultative sales environment.
  • Success selling software and/or SaaS is advantageous.
  • Achievement against revenue targets.
  • Natural ability to engender trust in prospects and customers.
  • Ideally a network of contacts within at least one of the following markets: Private Equity, M&A Boutiques, Lawyers, Listed Companies, Banking.
  • Gravitas at C-suite and above.
  • Comfortable self-motivating and working in a remote office.

Job Offer

£60,000-£75,000 Basic Salary
