Account Executive

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Account Executive to join them. For this role our client is looking for someone who is based in the South West area who has got easy access to get into their Gloucester office.

This is an extremely exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow and offer remote working.

You will support the growth of the business through the delivery of key strategic plans through the management of existing schemes and prospecting of new clients, which include, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

To achieve budgeted enquiry, revenue renewal retention targets and new business budget, whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold and maintain business relationships with clients and prospects, delivering tangible outputs in line with targeted framework. To develop new business from new and existing relationships
  • Lead in devolving the product and service proposition to our key markets.
  • Utilise communication and negotiation techniques to explain the features and benefits of recommended products and services, to our client base
  • Ensure that client satisfaction is the key to individual and collective success and align actions accordingly
  • Effectively influence others to secure the achievement of the strategic aims and objectives keeping people engaged and motivated
  • Contribute to a successful audit score both on individual audits along with team and business audits
Experience
  • Experience of dealing with Social Housing/ Tenants
  • Experience in a target focused environment
  • Commercial knowledge of insurance industry
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Be able to take ownership, plan, build relationships and influence decision makers
