Working closely with our Sales Development Reps, you’ll take the leads that they have generated and use your talent and experience to convert those into sales. Reporting to our Head of UK Sales, we encourage a collaborative approach which will allow you to feedback to our Marketing and Engineering teams to ensure that we adapt and flex our approach to best bring our product to the market to maximise our chances of improving workplace hearing protection.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with the Sales Development Reps to move leads through the customer journey to completion and to provide valuable customer feedback so they can refine their prospecting approaches

  • Manage a growing pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers

  • Close deals with new and existing customers at or above quota level

  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s sales and go-to-market strategies, as well as vision for the future

  • Help shape Eave's product roadmap by collaborating with the Product Team to understand what features and integrations will help win more customers

  • Inspire new sales enablement content by collaborating with Marketing to create customer stories, sales assets, and educational resources that help move prospects through your pipeline

  • Help build our sales processes at Eave and the foundation to grow the sales team

  • Face to face client demonstrations of the software and hardware, in person or via video conference

  • Client phone calls

  • Preparation and presentation of business cases, value propositions and client proposals

  • Supporting Eave's presence at industry exhibitions, tradeshows and conferences

A bit about you:

You’re an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers. You’re great at establishing and building rapport and really getting to understand our customer’s concerns so you can address them through our product offering: knowing what and when to offer our prospective customers is key. You’re proactive and positive and truly interested in sales and selling. We’re still a start up so being resilient and flexible is also really important as we regularly evolve as a business.

Other criteria will include:

  • You're excited to help heavy industry companies protect the health of their workforce

  • Have experience in B2B solution selling

  • Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas

  • Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills

  • You relate comfortably with diverse groups of people and can adapt your approach in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations

  • You can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, build networks, and gain trust of others through honesty and authenticity

  • You are highly coachable, eager to learn and grow

  • You are proficient at working remotely, which means you have strong written communication skills, are self-directed, and have experience managing your own schedule

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com

We hold regular company socials and all our permanent employees are invited to participate in our EMI Options scheme: we want you to feel like you’re a valuable part of our success. We’ve also recently hired a new Head of People and Culture who has been tasked with implementing a new benefits package for our team so all good things to come!

Eave actively encourages underrepresented applicants: if you need any assistance or additional information or support with applying, then please contact Alys Martin (Head of People and Culture).
