Role:

This is a great opportunity to work for a very reputable and leading supplier of workforce management solutions who is going through a very exciting period of growth. Having established itself as a key player within the UK market, they now require a senior sales professional to manage a number of their key accounts across the facilities management sector and look for cross sell opportunities. This role is all about relationship management and consultative selling where the client is not looking for an order taker but someone who can drive their accounts forward. The ideal candidate will be consultative, well versed in strategic account management and have experience selling workforce management software into the facilities management sector. Candidates who have sold wider HCM solutions into this space will also be considered. You must be able to engage and have high level conversations with senior management and C-level. Fantastic internal support will be on offer for the successful candidate within an organisation that really invests in and looks after its employees.

Candidate Skills Required:

- Proven track record of account management/development

- Tenacious, proactive and the ability to carry an audience

- Experience selling WFM or HCM software solutions

- Sold into the facilities management sector

- A minimum of 5+ years software sales experience

Candidate Skills Beneficial:

- Degree educated

- A stable career record
