This company is looking for an exceptional individual to join their sales team as an Account Development Manager. You will play a crucial part in driving the business forward alongside a very motivated senior team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be passionate about working for a tech start up and possess a hunter mentality to winning new business.

You will support the Senior BDM and CEO to build qualified pipelines of new customers over the phone. You will inherit a pipeline of warm leads but self-generate most of the sales opportunities through cold calls and referrals from existing clients. You will not only be responsible for outbound prospecting but will be expected to be a subject matter expert on their products.

Your Personality

- Tenacious with a hunter mentality
- Positive attitude and engaging with people
- Brilliant phone manner and comfortable talking to senior professionals
- Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
- Sociable and a team player
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work autonomously
- A strong desire to work in a start-up environment
- Degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)
- Minimum 12 months sales experience

Key Responsibilities

- Generating and nurturing leads for the Senior BDM and your own pipeline
- Prospecting new clients via phone to get them excited and engaged
- Qualify incoming leads and follow up with our existing clients
- Arrange meetings with decision makers in London / Rest of UK for the Senior BDM and CEO
- Provide remote demonstrations of our products for sales and training purposes
- Involved in the creation of sales and marketing material, social media and PR

Career Progression

- You will be provided with the tools and training to set you up for success (and keep you there)
- You will be mentored by the Senior BDM and CEO alongside an experienced team of tech specialists and property professionals
- An opportunity to progress to a client facing business development role within 12 months
- New product launches in 2018, increasing your potential sales opportunities
- You will be working in their awesome new offices on Sloane Avenue in South Kensington
