You’ll be a quick learner, inquisitive, always focused on solutions and have the tenacity to bring them to life. In this digital age, we need people who are familiar with all the apps and devices that make our world go round too.

Our members are at the heart of everything we do, so a passion for providing excellent customer service is a must. The path to the right result is rarely straightforward so you’ll have to be comfortable navigating challenges and managing ambiguity. As a high performing, ambitious deliverer, we’ll rely on you to be decisive, organised and proactive.

What you'll be doing

Our two-year programme (Finance is 3 years) makes sure you gain an in-depth knowledge of teams specific to your chosen career path. On-the-job learning is crucial to understanding the skills and expertise required in any role so from the day you start, and on each of your rotations, you'll be doing a real job with clear expectations and targets.

This year we’re asking you to choose which disciplines best suits your interest and skill set; Analyst, Change, Customer & Employee Experience, Digital, Finance, Modelling and Risk. As part of this discipline, you’ll complete several placements within your specialism but within one specific business area. You will remain within this area throughout your time with us.
