Sales Manager - Leicester - Market Leading Energy Company - £55k + Bens
A very exciting opportunity has arisen, to be a part of a market leading energy company. You will be responsible for overseeing 2 Call Centre Sales and service sites, circa 170 people and you will develop best practice, whilst managing a Call Centre Manager.
The role will also incorporate Managing field sales managers and you will be focused on new connections within the Residential, SME and Corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead the new connections business into a market leading position
* Sales channel leadership and management to deliver sales targets
* Lead a sales and service operation, split across two locations and a nationwide face to face sales force
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience
* Call Centre Operations experience
* Understanding of face to face field sales operations
* Excellent people management experience
* Experience of managing large budgets
