Internal Sales Team Leader / Manager - Corporate Travel Solution Sales JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Team Leader. AREA: National. BASED: Internally based out of our Manchester office or within 1 hour of the city centre. BASIC: £28K. OTE: £36K uncapped. THE ROLE ·Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 4 internal sales people, selling corporate travel business solutions. ·The sales staff under the Internal Sales Team Leader have a duel role: o1- Selling corporate travel business solutions. o2- Booking appointments for external salespeople selling the same services ·The successful candidate will be targeted on the teams performance and therefore the purpose of this role is to motivate, educate, direct and drive the team forwards. ·This is not an aggressive sales atmosphere: the culture of the company is relaxed yet very professional. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·Candidates for this role should have internal business to business sales experience. ·The successful candidate should have been working in a role with team leader responsibilities (candidates don't have to have been a manager). ·The person filling this role will be polished, professional and above be personable and inspire others.
