About the Gig
We're on the hunt for a Sales Manager for our Midlands location. You must be responsible for driving, delivering and exceeding the budgeted membership sales across the club and to manage a team of Membership Consultants to achieve this aim. You will ensure that the sales team is recruited, trained and managed to consistently achieve an exemplary level of customer care.
About you
As the head honcho of the Sales department, you will need:
Previous Sales management experience
The ability to drive and inspire a team
Passion! - we need people with a can-do attitude who see solutions not problems.
Innovation - as the marketing people would say you have to be able to think outside the box'
Previous experience in consistently achieving and exceeding targets
You don't need to be "the Hulk", but you need to be a totally hungry for success Sales Manager who will be comfortable planning Sales Activities and budgets, and ensure that the plan of action is then successfully delivered. You will need buckets of passion and energy and the thought of working in a target driven environment won't make you break into cold sweat.
You stand out because of your success in managing and inspiring a sales team and exceeding budgeted sales.
