Hotel Account Coordinator Online Travel Competitive Salary - Cambridge
My client is Europe's leading online reservations provider. They are currently seeking an Account Co-ordinator to join their thriving team dealing with their UK Hotel Partners.
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for building hotel websites, training and coaching partners as well as helping hotels increase revenue. Furthermore, you will offer commercial and administrative support for Senior Managers and Account Managers
The role will include the following responsibilities · Contact person for hotels when Account Managers are out of the office · Commercial support for hotels · Responsible for the coordination and production of new hotels websites · Responsible for delivering the correct information · Training of new hotels using our systems · Advising and consulting with the hotels in increase revenue · Inform hotel of system changes · General Administrative tasks The ideal person will have · Some affinity or experience with the hotel industry · Pro-active nature, sense of responsibility, be independent and customer friendly · A flexible approach · Good communication skills · Good commercial knowledge and some selling skills · Team player, motivated and enjoy the sector of e-commerce and hospitality On offer is a competitive basic salary plus bonus scheme and fun and friendly work environment with an open, innovative culture with huge potential for career progression.
