Sales Director Fleet Management/BioDiesel/renewable energy

£60,000 base + £60,000 bonus + Mercedes car + benefits + equity

Based East Midlands

We are in the business of bringing renewable energy products out of the realms of the "Eco-Warrior" and firmly into the mainstream. Our principle product is pump quality Bio Diesel which can be used as a direct replacement for mineral oil based fuel. We are soon to dual IPO on PLUSMarkets and the NYSE Euronext and are about to buy 2 working refineries.

We are now actively seeking a "special" Sales Director. You will be as passionate, entrepreneurial and fast paced as we are - there is no room for Corporate players in our company. You will be highly visible, hands on and energetic. You will command respect based on personal ability and leadership. Experience is likely to have been gained in the Commercial Vehicle or fuel industry and you will be instantly recognised as a main participant. You will be joining a board of experienced and skilful, yet young and energetic individuals who regard team work as an imperative to success. This position is secured by results.

You will be selling bunkering solutions into Fleet Managers with a view to providing short to medium term migration from carbon based fuel reliance to Bio Diesel usage, typically Councils, Fire and Police, large Fleet users, Haulage companies, Rail and Coach operators, among others. You will have proven account management skills, a trusted contact base and the ability to recruit, manage and develop a team.
