Job Title: NEW SUPPORTERS TEAM OFFICER: Four Months Secondment
Salary range: GBP18,614 - GBP19,594

Established in 1937, Plan is an international childrens development agency. We work with children, families and communities in 50 of the worlds poorest countries. We aim to overcome poverty and injustice by encouraging children to claim their rights. Our community-based projects are funded through official funding sources, charitable trusts, companies and many individuals.
We are looking for someone committed to helping recruit new supporters, with the ability to handle high volume administrative processes with accuracy. New supporters team officer, is a role that demands good communication skills, the ability to work to targets, prioritise tasks and work effectively within and beyond a team. Computer proficiency is essential together with office-based customer care experience in a warm and friendly style.
As a new supporters team officer, you will be focusing on customer care and will be a key point of contact for people interested in supporting Plan's work. You will be processing applications, maintaining accurate database records and responding to questions from enquirers and new supporters by letter, telephone and e-mail.
