Business 2 Business Telesales Specialist - Norwich Starting salary: c.GBP15,000 depending on experience Bonus Norwich We are a market leader within our field, providing an interesting and fresh product, and are looking to recruit an experienced and proven telesales executive to join our expanding team. This is a business to business telesales position, with an impressive client base and continual opportunity to sell within a growing market. With an ongoing personal career plan, the role requires a sophisticated, motivated self-starter with fantastic rapport-building skills. We are a company that invests heavily in their staff. We will only consider proven sales executives for this role and offer a basic salary in the region of GBP15k, the successful candidate will earn GBP25-30k OTE. Your Profile You are an outgoing determined sales exec with an established sales background. This will be within the b2b sales arena although you could have experience of any industry. Perhaps you have been at a company where you have learnt the industry and are now looking to further your career where your bonus is not capped? You love to motivate your clients by offering them total solutions and capitalise by generating further business from creating fantastic results. You have fantastic rapport, relationship and integrity-building skills. You are self-motivated and experienced at sourcing leads, generating new business and maintaining key accounts. The Role As a sales exec you will maintain and expand an existing client base, source new business and have an extremely proactive approach to generating and retaining business.
