International Sales Manager - Explosion Protection Systems

THE ROLE:
Strategic expansion and a significant growth strategy within a leading manufacturer of security & detection systems has dictated the need to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to develop business within the UK, Europe and Middle East. The role will consist of developing strategic business with airports, government, law enforcement, large PLC's, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Military markets both direct and through systems integrators, agents and distributors. The sales process will be project led and of a technical nature and will involve more than managing the sales cycle and creating strong customer relationships, you will be conducting in depth detailed fact finds at multiple levels through to putting detailed presentations and proposals in place through to closure of sale.

THE CANDIDATE:
·Strong academic background within relevant work related experience.
·An exceptional communicator, professional and confident in approach with a proven track record of career stability and sales success within an international sales development role.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic
Commission: £70,000 - £100,000 uncapped
