Business Development Manager - Specialist Security

THE ROLE
Business Development Manager Specialist Security, required for a well respected communication group. The specialist sales position will be based in UK. The sales position will be selling complex covert encrypted communication systems based around personal mobile radios, trunking systems and infrastructures. The experienced new business sales professional will be involved in complex and technical solution based selling which will require experience in the communication sector ideally radio or GSM systems. As a business development manager you will be selling direct to counter terrorist organisations, law enforcement and public security (non uniformed). The role will be focussed on developing new business and winning strategic relationships for long term business planning and opportunity. The security/ military vertical business development role will be involved in developing, cultivating, winning new business as well as managing existing projects and installations. The process is complex and long winded so the sales professional will have to have similar experience in technical sales.

THE CANDIDATE
·Will have worked for or sold too special forces/ agencies.
·Ex commissioned officer with ideally ten years experience.
·Export background and language preferred but not essential.
·Highly motivated, ambitious with good technical sales background.
·Experience in Communications ideally from signals.
·If non military they will need the above sales experience.
THE PACKAGE
Basic: £40k to £45k
Commission: £70k OTE
