Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
Package: £30k Basic, £45-50k OTE uncapped plus fully expensed company
car.

Our client is one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in the UK,
they have been established for 6 years and are now on target to turnover
in excess of £40 million this year. They provide a comprehensive range of security
and property management services to both the public and private sector
throughout the UK and as part of their expansion require a new business
focused sales person to establish new relationships within these market
sectors and develop them.
In this role you will be working within the commercial team, building
relationships with companies that have a property portfolio and require
protection and management. You will be attending site meetings,
conducting risk assessments and selling the appropriate solution to
secure the property. This will obviously hold a profit target and you
are expected to grow and develop these accounts with the companies
offerings.
The person will have a proven track record within sales and be a forward thinker
and possess strong negotiation and communication skills but most
importantly you will be a hard working and ambitious person.
In return you will enjoy an industry leading remuneration package, £30k
basic salary, £45-50k uncapped OTE plus a fully expensed company car.
