Business Development Manager Property Security Service Sales
JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.
AREA: North.
BASED: Manchester Home-based on patch.
BASIC: £28K.
OTE: £55K.
BENEFITS: Car, laptop, mobile, health scheme, pension and expenses.
THE ROLE
·If you are looking for be rewarded for your success, then this is the position for you to work as it offers a Business Development Manager the opportunity to sell rentokit manned guarding, property security, smart alarms and smart guards to property development.
·This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced field salesperson looking to move into management.
·This is a new business focused role covering the UK but with M62 corridor. All new business accounts will be retained.
·Average order values in this role are around £20K so the potential to earn a lot of commission is huge.
THE COMPANY
·This is a well established company with a turnover in excess of £30million.
·Currently, they employ over 250 people.
·This company has over 25 regional depots.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·All applicants must have sales experience and have ability to move up into management.
·This company is looking for a new business and self-motivated sales professional that is capable of selling at all levels.
·Candidates who have been solution / service lead ideal.
·The absolute ideal candidate will have sold building services such as pest control, facilities management, manned guarding or access control.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
