THE ROLE:
International Sales Manager required for a UK defence company. The new position is vacant due to a restructure in the organisation. As part of a global organisation the sales manager will be reporting to the UK subsidiary that has developed a leading reputation in the in electronic warfare testing field. The International Sales Manager role will be covering an international sales territory selling into defence primes and direct into land, air and sea forces throughout. The systems sold are specialist testing solutions used for various applications such as missile launch applications on aircraft, land vehicle or navel vessels. The position is technical in nature and requires experience in above mentioned market.

THE CANDIDATE:
· Technical HNC level qualification
· Electronic engineering background
· Ability to secure a UK Defence Security Clearance
· Proven sales experience within defence industry
· Proven sales experience able to demonstrate through previous achievements
· Key account management
· New business developmentfind new customers and establish new key accounts
An understanding of defence related technology, electronic warfare and electro-optic and RF technology
An understanding of air defence systems
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £40k
Commission: OTE, Car and Benefits
