Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell outsources FM services. This is an extremely well run company with a service and back up level which is second to none. This company is looking for a credible business developer who has experience of selling consultatively.



Business Development Manager Outsourced FM Services



JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager.

AREA: Midlands.

BASED: Midlands.

BASIC: £35K - £45K.

OTE: £10K - £15K.

BENEFITS: Car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 23 day's holiday, contributory pension scheme, life insurance and expense account.





THE ROLE



·Committed to ongoing development and success, this company is looking for a Business Development Manager to sell outsources FM services.

·The Business Development Manager's remit within this strategic business development role will be to identify suitable projects and opportunities for tender applications.

·The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing the process from enquiry to completion.

·This role is very autonomous in nature and the person filling this position will manage his or her time as he or she sees fit.

·The Business Development Manager will receive substantial internal sales support and have his or her own marketing budget to control.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



·This company is looking for a credible business developer who has experience of selling consultatively.

·Applicants must be able to identify needs, promote solutions and handle projects until completion.

·Ideal candidates will have sold high value products or services, be aware of the tender process or at least be used to long sales cycles.

·The successful candidate will be smartly presented, articulate and comfortable presenting at board level.
