Job Description

Regional Retail Manager

A World leading luxury brand is actively recruiting for a newly created role to oversee their retail operations in the South of England.

The role is to manage a significant retail operation with retail sales in excess of £25million spread over the Southern region.

Experience Required

·The successful candidate will have extensive multi-site experience or will have worked within a leading department store environment with the ability to show a significant track record of driving sales and man management.

·You will lead through a hands on style and will inspire the team beneath you on KPIs to include improving staff retention, increasing sales revenue and achieving market leading mystery shopping results.

·You will have full P&L responsibility for the area and will be fully accountable.

·Reporting into the Head of Retail you will be a pro-active and results driven individual who will form part of the day to day management of the business in the UK.

Extensive travel through the Southern region is a significant part of this role.
