Job details:

· Working for the number 1 sales branch in the country
* Generating revenue for the Leeds Sales Branch which covers all vacancies for Sales in the Yorkshire region/territory of a Commercial and Technical nature
· 1 of 9 Sales Branches nationwide and 1 of Prime Times 130+ branches in 5 divisions
· Working existing databases, internet, referrals and own initiative to generate sales vacancies
· Sourcing and interviewing up to 10 candidates per week face to face
· Arranging interviews with candidates and clients
- Generating opportunities and interviews for candidates through canvassing extensive database
· Reaching and closing decision makers such as Sales Managers and Sales Directors for commitment and business
· Managing own desk to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
· 100% internally based role with on going training and development

Person:

· Energy, desire to succeed with a competitive streak and a sense of humour
· Clearly and confidently spoken with a professional personal appearance
* Drive and desire to succeed
· Must be able to demonstrate competitive nature
· Passionate, creative and a big team player
· Career focussed, good listening skills and a natural confidence
· Naturally positive and looking for a big chance in a work hard play hard culture
** Ideally some permanent recruitment experience
* If no recruitment experience then 12 months business to business experience
