Your Profile
As a Sales-driven Graduate, or someone of Graduate calibre who has gained some solid Sales experience, you are looking for a market-leading trainee scheme in the Recruitment Sales market place. The Recruitment Sales Industry is the second largest industry in the UK and you will be looking for a role that will allow you to develop a Sales career with real promotion and earning potential. You are a driven and target focused individual, ideally having worked in a Sales environment before, during or after university and are looking for a role that you can put your mark on. However, 2007 Graduates, with bags of determination and personality and with tangible proof of their achievements, drive and tenacity, are also welcome to apply!
The Role
Working for an Independent Sales Recruitment specialist in the UK, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients through business development, networking and name gathering. You will be interviewing candidates on a face to face basis and selling the services of the organisation to senior managers and directors. As such, you will be confident dealing with clients at any level and demonstrate these strengths on a daily basis.
