JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: Up to £24K.
OTE: £50K Year 1.

·We have experienced phenomenal growth over the last 7 years in particular and have established ourselves as the market leader in the UK with offices in Surrey, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol.
·We are currently looking to recruit for the Birmingham office which is based on Blythe Valley Park in Shirley, Solihull.
·We offer a dynamic and highly active environment to work in where the earning opportunity is huge, as one of our Consultants, who joined us 5 months ago, has found he is already on target to earn £80K this year.
·We have the knowledge, experience and in-house training to ensure that you reach your full potential as a Sales Professional.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Sales experience, whether it be 6 months or 6 years will be considered.
·More importantly we are looking for successful professional people who are: highly driven, goal driven, have a will to win, a fear of failure, focus, self-motivation, highly competitive, intelligent, ambitious, a hunger for money, confidence and ethical.
·Our current Consultants come from a number of backgrounds: Estate Agencies, Prestigious Car Sales, Recruitment and Graduates as well as Sports Professionals.
