Established 10 years ago and with a turnover of £40million this company is currently looking for a SAP / Oracle Senior Consultant to join its highly successful sales team within an established IT consultancy. All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience, ideally from within the SAP / oracle markets. SAP / Oracle Senior Consultant IT Sector JOB TITLE: SAP / Oracle Senior Consultant. AREA: UK & Europe. BASED: London or Surrey. BASIC: £35K £60K. OTE: £75K £100K (year 1). THE ROLE ·Established 10 years ago and with a turnover of £40million this company is currently looking for a SAP / Oracle Senior Consultant to join its highly successful sales team within an established IT consultancy. ·This company operates a unique system, which ultimately means that the consultants focus is on account development as opposed to new business. This is achieved via their industry recognised SAP networking forum which allows contractors to speak to each other. Candidates are sourced via this forum and presented to key blue chip clients within the current PSL. ·Recruiting contract SAP / Oracle staff across the UK & Europe, this opportunity will allow the SAP / Oracle Senior Consultant to work in a very autonomous manor, offering the genuine opportunity to run a business within a business as well as receiving equity options. THE COMPANY ·As a group, this company also has an IT consultancy as part of their business which has given them access to a variety of exclusive preferred supplier agreements. All consultants will be given full access to these PSL agreements. ·They offer an excellent commission scheme tiered to 35% (top consultant earned £210K in 2007). KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience, ideally from within the SAP / oracle markets. ·The successful candidate will be graduate calibre, articulate, polished and well presented. ·This company is looking for a salesperson that is money hungry and career focused. ·It is essential that all candidates have the ability to work in an autonomous fashion.
